Character Summary: Nessa is a witch. She's British, short, slight of figure, pale and her skin is cool to the touch. She pings as magical, mostly alive, but also kind of dead, and as almost entirely human but also like, 2% weird eldritch nonsense.

Permissions Notes: I'm interested in stuff like shipping, combat, violence, negative CR, bonding, all that jazz. Killing needs to be the right situation. My one major thing that's off-limits is especially detailed descriptions of violence to a body part. If we're mentioning stuff like tendons, fingernails, etc., we've gone too far. Walks Unseen is Nessa's Codex, a book from her world that witches use to contain their magical research and communications.

This toplevel will contain relevant notes on the rules and history of magic from Nessa's worlds, spells Nessa has learned (and which ones she's regained) and messages she's shared with other witches.
