Character Summary: Nessa is a witch. She's British, short, slight of figure, pale and her skin is cool to the touch. She pings as magical, mostly alive, but also kind of dead, and as almost entirely human but also like, 2% weird eldritch nonsense.

Permissions Notes: I'm interested in stuff like shipping, combat, violence, negative CR, bonding, all that jazz. Killing needs to be the right situation. My one major thing that's off-limits is especially detailed descriptions of violence to a body part. If we're mentioning stuff like tendons, fingernails, etc., we've gone too far. A place for me to write down notes about Nessa's magic as she regains it.

VOID BOLT

[threadling]

Void Bolt is a basic Void offensive projectile spell. Void Spark is converted into a burst of energy that jars and pushes whatever it strikes. The bolt is blunt and concussive upon impact, not unlike being strike by a high pressure burst of water. Nessa favors her left hand to fire the Bolt.

Nessa regained Void Bolt on July 20th, after a physical education class.
